  2. I tried to follow it, but most of the more “interesting” choices on the menu were things like fried pig’s ears, so I stuck with some classic fish pintxos! 🙂

  3. Haha, that is a great strategy. Last time I was in Bilbao I tried a pinxto with squid ink and was surprised at how much I liked the flavor. It certainly wasn’t the most appetizing-looking thing, but it was tasty!
